Welcome to KindRoots™. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you as the buyer and us as the creators of heartfelt, handmade, and emotionally resonant products.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, many of which are handmade, personalized, or limited edition, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping, Insurance & Liability
- We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your order. However, KindRoots™ is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
- We strongly recommend that customers arrange their own additional shipping insurance if they wish to cover potential risks during transit.
- While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes, weather, or courier delays).
3. Product Authenticity & Variations
- SAM, our beloved soft toy, is locally handmade with care and intention. Each SAM is unique, and while we strive to maintain consistency with our design protocol, slight variations in appearance are part of his charm and authenticity.
- These differences are not considered defects but rather a reflection of the artisanal nature of our work.
4. Intellectual Property & Resale Restrictions
- SAM is a trademarked character under SAMspace™ and is protected by intellectual property law. He may not be resold, reproduced, or used for any purpose other than those intended within the KindRoots™ ecosystem, including our books and therapeutic tools.
- All books, illustrations, and content are copyrighted and trademarked under KindRoots™. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
- The Adoption Journey Box may be sold only by registered and approved agencies under written agreement with KindRoots™.
5. Pricing, Payment & VAT
- KindRoots™ is currently not VAT registered, and therefore no VAT will be charged on purchases.
- Orders will be processed only once full payment reflects in our designated bank account. Please ensure your payment reference matches your order number to avoid delays.
6. Use of Website & Content
- All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, and downloadable materials is the intellectual property of KindRoots™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
